I've spent fifteen years inside high growth startups and enterprise environments, close to revenue, and close to the people building it.
What I kept seeing stayed with me. The most capable people, already successful by every measure, stuck for reasons that had nothing to do with effort or intelligence. They couldn't see the patterns driving their decisions, their blocks, or their breakthroughs.
I've lived this myself. There was a point where everything looked right on the outside and something fundamental wasn't. I was respected for work I was good at but not work that was mine. Building around what looked successful, not what I was actually here to create.
The moment I could see it clearly, everything changed.
